Pull on linen blouse with a small pointed collar and short sleeves gathered into a band
There is no placket and nothing to unbutton: the blouse goes on over the head and the collar sits closed at the throat. That collar is small and cut to a point rather than a round. The short sleeve is gathered onto a narrow band so it puffs slightly above the elbow. A horizontal seam runs across the front at hip level, and the hem is cut in a curve below it with a short split at each side.
