Description
Stripes That Change Direction at the Waist
The Rebecca is a striped maxi dress cut in two parts. The bodice runs its stripes straight across, and the skirt turns them on the diagonal, so the two meet at the waist seam rather than lining up. The neckline is a wide boat cut that sits on the edge of the shoulder, the sleeves are short, and there are pockets at both hips. Three colourways, each striped against white.
- Boat neckline. Wide and shallow, running out towards the shoulder.
- Stripes on the diagonal. The skirt is cut on the bias so the lines fan out.
- Full skirt. Flared from the waist seam down to an ankle-length hem.
- Hip pockets. Set into the side seams and hidden by the stripe.
